About us

Hi, my name is Farzana and I have a BSc degree in Therapeutic Counselling and experience of working in various counselling organisations dealing with clients experiencing a range of issues. 

I am a person centred counsellor. This means I aim to focus my time and attention on you and what you want to talk about. I also practice integrative counselling and CBT. 

I am approachable, very easy to talk to, warm and non judgemental. I am friendly and empathic and here to support you.

My aim is to help you to become the best version of yourself and reach your ultimate life goals.

We can work together and untangle and make sense of any emotions and feelings that are causing you stress and discomfort.

Life can be an emotional roller coaster sometimes and we can be full of uncertainty and confusion but when we invest time and give priority to ourselves, things can start to become a bit more clearer. We can explore what is going on in your life currently and how to achieve a sense of acceptance and peace and then try to aim for growth and change.

I believe that there is always a reason for our troubles to occur and that there is always a calm after the storm. In fact, life seems to get a bit better than it was originally. So we can possibly learn to look for rainbows when it is raining and find ways to stay positive and have gratitude.
